The offer is open to UK residents and Isle of Man & Channel Islands only. Closing date for receipt of applications is 31/07/08. To receive your penguin toy and WWF fundraising pack, send this Penguin pack with your name, address and email plus a cheque or Postal Order for £5.99 made payable to The Penguins Quest, PO Box 446, St Albans, Herts, AL4 0YJ. Alternatively, if you don’t want to send us a pack, send a cheque or postal order for £6.99. Please do not send cash and make a note of the cheque or postal order number. Penguin toy is not suitable for children under 1 year. £1.50 will go directly to WWF. Applications that do not fulfil this requirement will not be honoured. No responsibility will be accepted for applications lost, damaged or delayed in the post. Proof of posting is not proof of receipt. Application instructions form part of the terms and conditions. Your toy and fundraising pack will be delivered as soon as possible but please allow 28 days from receipt of application for delivery. A parent / guardian signature is required for applications made by anyone under the age of 18 years of age. You may cancel under this promotion up to 7 clear working days from receipt of goods by returning the items, at your own cost, to the application address for a full refund of the price paid for the goods.

This does not affect your statutory rights. In situations out of its control, United Biscuits (UK) Ltd reserves the right to substitute an alternative to the penguin toy (as illustrated on the website) to equal or greater quality and value. If you wish to cancel and return the substituted penguin toy, your costs of £5.99 or £6.99 respectively will be refunded plus the cost of second class post to a maximum of £1.52. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw or amend this promotion as necessary due to circumstances beyond its control. The promoter would like to keep you informed of future news and information. If you wish to be contacted, please say so on your application. Otherwise your information will be destroyed at the end of the promotion.
